SHIPPING
Custom Printed Ribbons strives to ship your order within 48 hours of confirmation. We are not responsible for any unforeseen delays, including but not limited to courier delays, postal service delays, stock availability issues, and printer malfunctions.

ORDER CANCELLATION
We produce our ribbons internally and operate outside regular office hours. Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it for printing and shipping. Therefore, we are unable to provide a refund for cancelled orders once they have been received.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Please double-check your order for any typos or errors before submitting it to our specialist printing software. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds, unless the order was produced incorrectly according to the provided specifications. In such cases, we may reprint the order free of charge at our discretion. If there are any printing errors, please report them via email to hello@customprintedribbons.co.uk. To qualify for a full refund, you must email us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide evidence of the issue, either by returning the order or through photographic evidence. Buyers are responsible for the postage costs associated with returning items. If a refund is issued, the full amount plus any postage costs will be returned. By adding this design to your basket, you confirm that you have spell-checked your text and are satisfied with its accuracy.

DELIVERY AND RISK
We are not accountable for any delays in delivery caused by Royal Mail or other third parties due to local holidays, adverse weather conditions, postal worker strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Once the goods are delivered to the specified address, the risk associated with them passes to the buyer. We will not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage that may occur due to prevention or delay in delivery, incorrect description, or failure to meet obligations caused by factors beyond our control or actions of third parties.

International Orders
We will not be held liable for any non-delivery of orders shipped by us to an address outside the United Kingdom. Guarantee: Any complaints, as far as visible faults are concerned need to be presented by the customer within two days of receipt of goods. Non-visible faults are covered for six months by the consumer warranties as defined in any applicable laws or legislation. In no event shall Custom Printed Ribbons or its partners’ maximum liability, under any circumstances whether based on action or claims in contract or in tort (including without limitation negligence and strict liability) exceed the purchase price of the print order. Law and jurisdiction: These terms (and the provision of goods and services by us) are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
